Ventura Homes keeps winning Is Ventura Homes the number one family home builder in Australia? Winning the HIA Gold Key for 'Australian Display Home of the Year' in 2003/04 followed by the HIA Gold Key for 'South West Display Home of the Year' and the HIA Gold Key for 'Western Australia Display Home of the Year' in 2005/06 is pretty strong evidence.

Ventura Homes has won 'HIA' and 'MBA' home building awards every year since 1994. That's in addition to being the only builder to have won 'Best Kitchen,' 'Perth Golden Key' and 'WA Golden Key' with the same home in the one year.

Ventura is also the only builder to win the 'BDA' and HIA Award' for the same home in the same year. Plus, Ventura is the only builder to have won the highly prized 'Water Wise Award' three years in a row and the only builder to have won the HIA 'Home of the Year' in the most sought after category, every year for the past six years.
