So how does it work?
The Loan Company’s step-by-step process is fairly simple, and of course your broker will guide you through it all. But because we know you’re curious, here’s our take on the process.
Step 1: How much can you spend? The broker will check your eligibility to see what you can spend, and will let you know how much you can borrow and the deposit you’ll need.
Step 2: Finance pre-approval. Your building plans are finalised here and your final sale contract is prepared. Pay your deposit and you’re well on your way to building your new home.
Step 3: Sign the building contract. Here’s where the fun really starts; sign on the dotted line and progress to formal finance. At this stage, your dreams start to turn to reality.
Step 4: Settlement confirms the final cost to secure the property and the transfer of land.
Step 5: The Loan Company will let us know you’re ready to start. Get ready to pop the bubbles as we’ll confirm in 5-10 days when building will start.
