You may not be able to hit the gym like you used to while in self-isolation, but it doesn’t mean you have to give up your exercise regime! We’ve pulled together the best ways to work out at home – no fancy equipment needed!

Bodyweight Exercises
Bodyweight exercises, as the name implies, means using your own body for resistance against gravity, rather than using gym equipment or machines. They are simple and can improve your balance, flexibility and strength. Perfect for self-isolation! Here’s 53 bodyweight exercises you can do at home – complete with simple instructions and videos!

Stair Exercises
Have you got stairs? Then you’ve got a gym! As Mayo Clinic advises, stair climbing strengthens and tones your legs muscles, allowing for better blood flow which equals a healthier heart and body. Here’s Mayo Clinic’s 7 quick stair exercises to do at home.

Kids Exercises
With kids sport on hold it’s important to keep them moving and active.
